Portfolio Management: Own full lifecycle of core banking and retail applications.
Operational Excellence: Establish SLAs, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and data integrity.
Financial Stewardship: Manage annual operating and capital budgets for core banking/retail tech.
Vendor Oversight: Lead contract negotiations and performance reviews with third parties.
Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team and manage talent development.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure regulatory requirements and audit standards are met.
Executive Engagement: Liaise with Retail Banking and Operations executives to align IT initiatives.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative solutions.
