Job summary

Huntington Bank in the United States is seeking a Treasury Management Strategy & Execution Manager to drive strategic initiatives, partner with Sales, and deliver reporting and training across the CRB team. The role focuses on improving sales discipline, tools, and processes to meet goals while aligning with enterprise risk controls.

The position requires 10+ years in banking with TM management experience, and offers on-site to hybrid work arrangements in multiple locations, including Dallas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of Banking experience.
• 7+ years of management experience within Treasury Management.
• Deep knowledge of cash management and liquidity products.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, risk management, and other departments to deliver enhancements and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on Sales progress and performance.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and sales tools for Treasury Management.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for the CRB Treasury Management sales team.
• Monitor and report key Treasury Management sales metrics and performance indicators for the CRB Sales team.
• Develop management presentations and materials on a regular basis.
