Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Strategy & Execution Manager to drive TM initiative rollouts for the CRB Sales team. You will partner with Sales to define tools, reports, processes and sales training content, while guiding the sales discipline and performance scorecards.

You will monitor metrics, prepare leadership materials, and collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk and Operations to achieve efficient sales execution and lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of Banking experience.
• 7+ years of management experience within Treasury Management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, risk management, and other departments to deliver enhancements and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on Sales progress and performance.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and sales tools for Treasury Management.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for the CRB Treasury Management sales team.
• Monitor and report key Treasury Management sales metrics and performance indicators for the CRB Sales team.
• Develop management presentations and materials on a regular basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
