Job summary

The role oversees sales process, performance scorecards, training development, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and other partners. Requires 10+ years banking and 7+ years Treasury Management leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in banking.
• 7+ years management in Treasury Management.
• Deep knowledge of cash management concepts and liquidity products.
• Experience with TM Sales processes and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, risk management, and other departments to deliver enhancements and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on Sales progress and performance.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and sales tools for Treasury Management.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for the CRB Treasury Management sales team.
• Monitor and report key Treasury Management sales metrics and performance indicators for the CRB Sales team.
• Develop management presentations and materials on a regular basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
