Huntington National Bank is seeking a seasoned Treasury Management Strategy & Execution Manager to lead strategic initiatives for the CRB Sales team. You will partner with Sales Managers to define tools, reporting, and processes that drive sales goals and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities include delivering training, reporting on sales performance, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring compliance. This role concentrates on improving sales discipline and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of Banking experience.
• 7+ years of management experience within Treasury Management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, risk management, and other departments to deliver enhancements and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on Sales progress and performance.
• Participate in evaluating new technologies and sales tools for Treasury Management.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs for the CRB Treasury Management sales team.
• Monitor and report key Treasury Management sales metrics and performance indicators for the CRB Sales team.
• Develop management presentations and materials on a regular basis.
