Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Atlanta seeks a Treasury Management Strategy & Execution Manager to drive strategic initiatives for the CRB Sales team. You will partner with Sales Managers to define tools, reporting and processes that advance sales goals and align with the bank's strategic plans.

You will lead improvement efforts, develop training materials, monitor key sales metrics, and deliver regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of Banking experience.
7+ years of management experience within Treasury Management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with finance, risk management, and other departments to deliver enhancements and reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on Sales progress and performance.
Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and sales tools for Treasury Management.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for the CRB Treasury Management sales team.
Monitor and report key Treasury Management sales metrics and performance indicators for the CRB Sales team.
Develop management presentations and materials on a regular basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
