Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer in Dallas to manage a portfolio of Business Banking clients, pursuing treasury revenue streams and product penetration. You will work with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, and FX Advisors to tailor treasury solutions and ensure a smooth client experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in treasury or cash management, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining risk discipline.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity.
• Strong business/financial acumen to align to KPIs within client treasury operations.
• Ability to interact with and influence people internally and externally through verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of global treasury management products and trends.

Responsibilities

• Leads pricing and negotiation discussions for TM products to optimize portfolio profitability.
• Drives digital adoption of mobile, digital and real-time payments, and strategic client dialogues.
• Participates in Client Management Process to deepen existing relationships.
• Oversees implementation of all solutions from start to finish for speed to revenue.
• Delivers client-facing treasury presentations and supports RFP responses.
• Evaluates treasury solutions using cost/benefit analyses and profitability insights.
• Maintains open communication with Relationship Managers on client information and product updates.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with Credit Officers, FX Advisors, and Service Partners.
• Adheres to risk guidelines while growing the business responsibly.
• Keeps a strong client focus with deep treasury product knowledge.
