Job summary

Bank of America in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer to manage treasury revenue streams across Global Commercial Banking clients in the DFS segment. You will partner with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors, Implementations, and others to position treasury solutions that meet client needs.

You will lead pricing, drive digital adoption, and manage end-to-end implementation with a strong client focus and performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity.
• Strong business/financial acumen aligned to KPI within clients' treasury operations Ecosystems.
• Ability to foster partnerships within the core team and build rapport with client contacts.
• Effectively manages competing priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Broad familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio.
• Position solutions to best suit client needs with daily virtual interactions.
• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions to optimize relationship profitability.
• Drive digital adoption and lead strategic dialogues around client issues.
• Participate in CMP for client acquisition and deepening relationships.
• Oversee implementation from start to finish for smooth revenue realization.
• Be accountable for revenue growth, client calling initiatives, pricing, and proposals.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to keep stakeholders informed.
