Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three+ years’ relevant banking and treasury experience.
• Strong planning and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to understand Treasury solutions, pricing philosophy, and billing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer on client proposals to identify Treasury solutions and run profitability models.
• Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and customer research.
• Develop an understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.
• Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
• Understand competitors’ products and market positioning.
• Work with the TMO’s to manage pipeline and ensure pricing and services are timely.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing and billing.
