Job summary

First Interstate is seeking a Treasury Delivery Specialist I to support onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury customer relationships in Bend, OR or Seattle, WA. You will assess customer needs, collaborate with bank partners, and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Ideal candidates will maintain strong customer service, manage Treasury products end-to-end, and help identify opportunities to expand services and revenue while delivering exceptional support to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Face to face, phone, and/or email customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and fosters trusted relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers and colleagues to support Treasury customers.
• Onboards and maintains Treasury products such as Business Online Banking, ACH, Online Wires, and other services.
• Resolves operational issues with Treasury products in partnership with Treasury Operations.
• Escalates issues as encountered and ensures accurate documentation and client communication.
• Targets service and sales opportunities using reports and proactive communication with partners and customers.
