Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Delivery Specialist I to support onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury customer relationships. You will collaborate with Treasury Solutions Officers and partners to meet client needs and identify cross-sell opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate documentation, and proactive relationship management across Treasury products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Communications or related field is required.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to assess customer needs and promote appropriate Treasury products.
• Strong MS Office skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers and commercial partners.
• Onboard and maintain Treasury products including Online Banking (I Corp), ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, and others.
• Collaborate with Treasury Operations to resolve issues promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and accurate documentation for client relations.
