First Interstate Bank seeks a Treasury Delivery Specialist I to support onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury relationships in Bend, OR or Seattle, WA. You will work with Treasury Solutions Officers and partners to ensure client needs are met and opportunities are identified.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, product knowledge across Treasury services, and accurate documentation, with a focus on timely, compliant delivery and support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exemplary customer service in a professional environment.
• Ability to assess customer needs and promote appropriate products and services.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers and clients.
• Onboard and maintain Treasury products (I Corp, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, I Payables).
• Collaborate with Treasury Operations to resolve issues and ensure accurate billing.
