Job summary

First Interstate Bank seeks a Treasury Delivery Specialist I to support onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury customer relationships. The role collaborates with Treasury Solutions Officers, Relationship Managers, and Partners to meet client needs and drive service quality.

You will manage onboarding of Treasury products, resolve operational issues, and pursue proactive communication plans with clients to deepen relationships and generate non-interest income.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-level customer service in a professional setting.
• Ability to assess customer needs and promote appropriate Treasury products.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboards and maintains Treasury products (Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit).
• Supports Treasury Solutions Officers and Relationship Managers to meet customer needs.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and expands services to existing customers.
• Delivers exceptional service to internal and external customers and partners.
• Ensures accurate documentation and billing for Treasury products and services.
