Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Omaha, NE seeks a Treasury Delivery Specialist I to support onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury relationships, assessing client needs and coordinating with bank partners to meet their requirements.

You will identify cross-selling opportunities, ensure accurate documentation, and deliver exceptional service while collaborating with Treasury Solutions Officers and Relationship Managers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of First Interstate Bank’s network and delivery systems.
• Proven experience delivering exemplary level of customer service in a professional environment.
• Proven ability to assess customer needs and promote appropriate products.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusting relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers and other bank partners.
• Onboard and maintain Treasury products such as Online Banking, ACH, Wires, and more.
• Resolve operational issues to satisfy customers and follow bank policies.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely client communications.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers and partners.
