First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Delivery Specialist I to support onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury relationships. You will work with Treasury Solutions Officers and Relationship Managers to meet client needs and identify cross-selling opportunities.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, proactive communication, and solid customer service in a fast-paced banking environment across Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, or Omaha locations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of First Interstate Bank's network and delivery systems.
• Proven experience delivering exemplary level of customer service in a professional environment.
• Proven ability to assess customer needs, promote and recommend appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and fosters relationships with Treasury Officers and Relationship Managers.
• Onboards and maintains Treasury products such as Online Banking, ACH, Wires, and Bill Pay.
• Resolves operational issues with Treasury products to meet client needs.
• Generates non-interest income through fee-based products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and supports audits and relationship reviews.
