Job summary

First Interstate in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Treasury Delivery Specialist I to support onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury customer relationships, assessing client needs, and coordinating with bank partners.

You will work closely with Treasury Solutions Officers and other teams to ensure accurate setup of products such as Business Online Banking, ACH, and Remote Deposit, and to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1–3 years related experience or equivalent
• Face-to-face, phone, and/or email customer service experience required

Responsibilities

• Onboards and maintains Treasury products (Business Online Banking, ACH, Online Wires, etc.)
• Establishes and strengthens relationships with Treasury customers and bank partners
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and supports revenue growth
• Resolves operational issues with Treasury products and services to customer satisfaction
• Prepares relationship reviews and assists audits and exams
