Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Support Specialist III to focus on quality control for daily tasks and oversee departmental reporting, while assisting with project management and resolving escalated issues.

The role supports staff by conducting in-depth research, coordinates training, and serves as a SME on Treasury Solutions projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and audit standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4-6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training, manage work queues, and identify training needs.
• Prepare and report departmental statistics.
• Assist with day-to-day processing as needed.
• Ensure procedures are current, updated, and compliant.
• Resolve escalated and complex issues with minimal supervision, following regulations and audit standards.
• Communicate with bank personnel and customers to resolve issues.
• Participate in partner calls to provide product solutions meeting client needs.
• Stay current on regulatory changes through meetings and training.
• Support development and implementation of new products, processes, and procedures.
