Job summary

First Interstate Bank in the United States (multiple offices) seeks a Treasury Support Specialist III to ensure quality control of daily tasks by Treasury Support Specialists I and II, oversee reporting, and assist with project management. The role supports staff, resolves escalated issues, and conducts in-depth research.

Responsibilities include leading training, maintaining procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating on product solutions and continuous process

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4-6 years related experience required or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates training, manages work queues, and identifies training needs.
• Prepares and reports departmental statistics.
• Assists with day-to-day processing as needed.
• Ensures procedures are accurate and updated annually.
• Resolves escalated issues with minimal supervision and ensures compliance.
• Communicates with bank personnel/customers to resolve issues.
• Participates in partner calls to provide product solutions.
• Participates in meetings/trainings to stay current on regulatory changes.
• Supports development and implementation of new products, processes, and procedures.
• Multitasks across systems and prioritizes requests.
• Assists with implementation/conversion of new software and testing.
• Provides input for quality reviews and training documentation.
• Serves as SME for the department and leads meetings.
