Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Delivery Specialist II to help onboard, expand, and retain Treasury customer relationships. You will assess client needs, identify cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate with bank partners to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience delivering exemplary customer service in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and fosters trusting relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers, Commercial Relationship Managers, Business Payments Consultants, and the Retail Network to support Treasury customers.
• Onboards and maintains Treasury products such as Business Online Banking (I Corp), ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, Business Bill Pay (I Payables), Remote Deposit, Sweeps, and Electronic Bank Statements (I Statements).
• Works with Treasury Operations to resolve operational issues related to Treasury products and services per bank policies; escalates issues as needed.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness in documentation such as service agreements and client correspondence.
• Targets service and sales opportunities using bank reports to plan proactive communications with partners and customers.
• Strengthens relationships with existing customers through proactive contact and high-quality service.
• Generates non-interest income through sales of fee-based and interchange-based products.
• Identifies ways to optimize customer profitability.
• Assists in preparing proposals and responses to requests for proposals.
• Ensures accurate implementation and servicing of deposits and Treasury Management products and billing.
• Leads relationship reviews to identify opportunities to expand services and revenue.
• Provides in-depth support for Treasury Solutions products in person, by phone, or email.
• Assists or leads special projects and audits.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
