Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Support Specialist III to ensure quality control of daily tasks and oversee departmental reporting. The role also supports project work and helps staff by resolving escalated issues and conducting in-depth research.

You will coordinate training, manage work queues, and maintain procedures across the department. In this role you will resolve complex issues, participate in Treasury Solutions projects as an SME, and ensure compliance with regulations

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates team training, manages work queues, and identifies training needs.
• Prepares and reports departmental statistics.
• Assists with day-to-day processing as needed.
• Ensures procedures are accurate, up-to-date, and reviewed annually.
• Resolves escalated issues while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Communicates with bank personnel and customers to resolve issues.
• Participates in meetings to stay current on regulatory changes.
• Supports development and implementation of new products and procedures.
• Multitasks across multiple systems and prioritizes requests.
• Assists with software implementations, testing, and upgrades.
• Provides input for quality reviews and training documentation.
• Acts as SME and leads team meetings.
