Job summary

Choiceone-Bank in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a Treasury Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for treasury services questions and troubleshooting for our banking customers. You will become a specialist in ACH Origination, Online Wires, Bill Pay and related treasury products, delivering world-class service while supporting product training, audits, and reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Treasury Services or Retail Banking experience preferred.
Strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls quickly and escalate issues as needed.
Own calls with a First Call Resolution mindset (85% target).
Process and complete all Treasury Service requests from Treasury Help and portals.
Become an expert in Treasury Services products (ACH Origination, Online Wires, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, etc.).
Schedule and conduct product training sessions with Treasury customers (virtual or on-site).
Assist Treasury Services Manager with internal audits and reporting efforts.
Prepare monthly Treasury Services statistics dashboard for Senior Management.
Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act and banking regulations.
