Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Treasury Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for questions and troubleshooting related to Treasury Services. You will support banking customers, focus on ACH Origination, Online Wires, Bill Pay and related products, and act as a product expert advocating for the Bank's technology.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree in business-related major preferred
Treasury Services or Retail Banking experience preferred

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls quickly and efficiently
Take ownership of calls with a First Call Resolution mindset (85% achievement)
Process and complete all Treasury service requests from Treasury Help email box and related channels
Be an expert in Treasury Services products (ACH Origination, Online Wires, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, Business Remote Deposit Capture, and emerging payments)
Schedule and conduct training sessions with Treasury customers virtually or on-site
Assist Treasury Services Manager with internal audits and reporting
Prepare monthly Treasury Services statistics dashboard for Senior Management
Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act provisions and report any violations
Follow federal and state banking regulations as applicable
