Job summary

Independence Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist to support and service commercial relationships. You will provide customer technical support, complete new account paperwork, and handle installation, setup, and training for Treasury Management products.

You will develop knowledge of treasury services, respond promptly to inquiries, assist with account openings, and manage documentation for various services including ACH, wire transfers, RDC, and Merchant Services.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred; degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops thorough knowledge of treasury management products and services through training and stays updated on new technologies.
• Responds to customer inquiries, resolves issues, and escalates when needed to ensure client satisfaction.
• Opens new accounts and assists with procedures for various treasury services.
• Reviews and prepares paperwork for ACH, online wire transfer, NACHA file formatting, Remote Deposit Capture, and other treasury functions.
• Tests and supports product upgrades, deployments, and customer rollout of treasury management solutions.
• Provides remote deposit equipment support and maintains customer files and contracts.
