Job summary

ServisFirst is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to provide technical support and training on all Treasury Management products and services. The role includes assisting officers with prospect analyses to demonstrate value and driving implementations for new and existing clients.

You will train colleagues, conduct reviews for remote deposit and ACH users, install scanners, and ensure adherence to compliance policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in customer support or related role; banking experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers.
• Able to explain technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using JAVA and Adobe software preferred.
• Experience in group presentations.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries related to Treasury Management products and services.
• Provide technical support on Treasury Management products and services.
• Train ServisFirst personnel on Treasury Management products.
• Assist officers with prospect statement analysis to identify value opportunities.
• Conduct yearly reviews for remote deposit and ACH clients.
• Install and maintain remote deposit scanners for clients.
• Process Treasury Management services agreements.
• Attend sales appointments to support implementation and relationship building.
• Conduct client training in person and via telephone on Treasury Management systems.
• Perform site visits for high-risk remote deposit clients to review usage.
