Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Treasury Services Specialist to be the primary contact for troubleshooting and support of Treasury Services and e-commerce products. You will provide world-class service to banking customers and become an expert in ACH Origination, Online Wires, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, and Business Remote Deposit Capture.

This non-exempt role reports to the Treasury Services Manager and requires strong communication, problem solving, and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls quickly and escalate when appropriate.
• Own calls and respond with a First Call Resolution mindset (85%).
• Process and complete all incoming service requests from Treasury Help email box.
• Be an expert in Treasury Services products (ACH Origination, Online Wires, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, Trade) and related tools.
• Schedule and conduct training sessions with Treasury customers, virtually or on-site.
• Assist the Treasury Services Manager with internal departmental audits.
• Gather information for reporting treasury products and audits.
• Prepare monthly Treasury Services statistics dashboard for Senior Management.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act requirements.
