Job summary

ServisFirst Bank in Birmingham seeks a Treasury Management Specialist to support clients and staff across Electronic Banking and Treasury Management services, including ACH, Wires, Online Banking, eStatements, Lockbox, and Remote Deposit.

You will train clients, manage deployments, coordinate with other departments, and help with compliance and procedures; strong communication and service orientation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years related experience.
• Knowledge of electronic banking products and general bank operations.
• Knowledge of basic accounting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience interacting with clients and responding to service requests.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to type accurately using a keyboard.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of related federal and state banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for incoming and external calls related to all electronic banking products and services.
• Schedule and provide installation and training with clients for Treasury Management products.
• Ensure all new and existing accounts are properly charged or have the appropriate exception approvals.
• Implement Treasury Management products and services including ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Now, and more.
• Communicate with other banking departments on pending items and issues with Treasury Management clients.
• Assist with training employees on all Treasury Management products and services.
• Assist Treasury Management sales staff with complex implementation requests and client reviews.
• Prepare and distribute online banking and remote deposit user letters.
• Assist with ACH, wire and mobile deposit temporary limit increases.
• Assist personnel and clients with questions or issues related to Treasury Management products.
