Bank of America in Houston seeks a Treasury Sales Client Officer to manage and grow treasury revenue across an assigned Business Banking portfolio. You will work with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Advisors, and other partners to position US treasury solutions.

You will lead pricing, drive digital payments adoption, and guide clients through the CMP process from needs identification to solution delivery, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity.
• Strong business/financial acumen to align to core KPI within clients treasury operations ecosystems.
• Ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and build rapport with client contacts.

Aufgaben

• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions for treasury products to optimize portfolio profitability.
• Drive digital adoption for mobile, digital, and real-time payments; lead client discussions around key issues.
• Support Client Management Process to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of solutions with a smooth client experience.
• Identify and evaluate treasury solutions based on cost/benefit analyses and profitability.
• Lead pricing and client negotiations for treasury products to optimize YoY revenue growth.
• Maintain strong client focus while understanding bank operations and treasury product knowledge.
• Keep core team informed of updated client information and treasury product details.
