Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer to deepen and grow a portfolio of Commercial Banking Middle Market and Aerospace & Defense treasury clients in the Mid-Atlantic, with a focus on revenue realization.

The role requires partnering with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors, and other partners to position treasury solutions, manage pricing discussions, and drive digital adoption of payments while delivering a smooth implementation and client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in treasury or cash management.
• Strong business/financial acumen aligned to KPIs in treasury ops.
• Ability to foster partnerships with client contacts and core team.
• Manages competing priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Broad familiarity with global treasury management products and trends.

Responsibilities

• Deepen and grow a portfolio of Commercial Banking Middle Market and Aerospace & Defense treasury clients.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors, and others to drive revenue realization.
• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions for TM products to optimize profitability.
• Drive digital adoption of mobile, digital and real-time payments, and lead strategic client dialogues.
• Manage end-to-end implementation to ensure a smooth client experience and speed to revenue.
• Lead client-facing treasury presentations and participate in CMP to identify client needs.
