Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales professional to manage end-to-end relationships with Treasury Sales Officers, focusing on domestic and international revenue growth within an assigned portfolio.

You will support CMP activities, prepare pricing strategies with TSOs, and coordinate onboarding and client readiness. Strong communication, data management, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or training program completed.
• Demonstrates business and financial acumen for problem solving, trend analysis, risk management and client meetings.
• Builds client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Shows proactive time management and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end treasury sales process for TSOs to grow revenue domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research to support pre-call planning.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of sales data across core systems and pricing.
• Produce profitability, revenue, and portfolio analysis reports.
• Coordinate KYC onboarding and CMP activities for client readiness.
• Prepare proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists to grow revenue and deepen relationships.
• Support client onboarding, implementation, and training activities.
• Ensure accurate sales data, manage sales pathways, and generate reports.
• Engage in in-person calling activities and direct sales opportunities.
