Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Treasury Sales Officer to deliver integrated treasury solutions to US-based clients and prospects. You will manage treasury revenue, expand product penetration across an assigned portfolio, and partner with client-facing teammates to tailor solutions.

Responsibilities include leading digital adoption of payments, pricing strategy, RFP responses, client presentations, and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Treasury Sales Officer Experience.
• Ability to Travel between up to 20% of time in normal environment.
• Successful track record in treasury management sales with global products, services and trends.
• Proven business development and relationship management skills with complex clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation and active listening skills with strong executive presence.
• MBA or CTP certification or equivalent and international banking experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and actively pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio.
• Lead digital ambassador efforts for mobile, digital and real-time payments adoption.
• Develop pricing strategies, RFP/RFI responses, and client-facing treasury presentations.
• Identify treasury solutions via client-focused cost/benefit and profitability analyses.
• Maintain strong client focus while coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Drive growth, profitability, and YoY relationship value through strategic client engagements.
• Mentor Treasury Analysts and support Servicing and Implementation teams.
