Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer to manage a Business Banking portfolio in the Central Southwest. You will lead treasury product pricing, negotiate with clients, and drive revenue growth while coordinating with Relationship Managers and FX, Implementation, and Card teams.

You will champion digital payments adoption, deepen existing relationships, and oversee end-to-end solution implementations to ensure a smooth path from engagement to revenue.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity.
• Strong business/financial acumen to align to core KPIs within client treasury operations.
• Ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and build rapport with client contacts.
• Broad familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions for treasury management products to optimize portfolio profitability.
• Drive digital adoption (mobile, digital and real-time payments) and lead client dialogues on key issues.
• Contribute to client management by identifying needs and expanding relationships.
• Oversee implementation of solutions from start to finish for a smooth revenue path.
• Drive revenue growth, client outreach, portfolio development, pricing and RFP responses.
• Evaluate treasury solutions using cost/benefit analyses and profitability models.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other partners to keep teams informed.
