Job summary

Bank of America is hiring a Treasury Sales Client Officer to manage treasury revenue streams for Business Banking clients in the Central Southwest region. You will work with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, and other partners to position US treasury solutions that meet client needs, with daily virtual client interactions.

The role emphasizes pricing leadership, digital adoption, and strategic client dialogues to optimize profitability and revenue growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in treasury or cash management success.
• Strong business/financial acumen aligned to KPIs in treasury ops.
• Ability to build genuine partnerships with core team and client contacts.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Broad knowledge of global treasury products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions to optimize portfolio profitability.
• Drive digital adoption for mobile, real-time payments and dialogues with clients.
• Participate in CMP to acquire clients and deepen relationships.
• Own implementation of solutions from start to finish for a smooth rollout.
• Support revenue growth, pricing, RFPs, and client-facing treasury presentations.
• Evaluate treasury solutions based on cost/benefit and profitability analyses.
• Lead client negotiations to optimize YoY revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to keep client data up to date.
• Engage in strategic dialogues using data analytics and benchmarking.
