Job summary

Responsibilities include pricing, RFP/RFI responses, and delivering client-facing treasury presentations while mentoring junior staff and balancing risk and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Treasury Sales Officer Experience.
• Ability to Travel up to 40% of time including long day and some overnight travel.
• Proven track record in treasury management sales with broad knowledge of global products.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills with complex clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation and active listening skills with executive presence.
• Strategic thinking, problem resolution, and strong financial acumen.
• Ability to navigate the enterprise and balance client, team, and bank needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated treasury solutions to Non-Bank Financial Institution clients in Insurance and Specialty Finance.
• Actively manage revenue streams and increase product penetration within an assigned portfolio.
• Provide product knowledge to deliver optimal solutions for clients and prospects.
• Lead digital initiatives and drive adoption of mobile, digital, and real-time payments.
• Lead pricing, negotiations, and client-facing treasury presentations.
• Mentor Treasury Analysts and coordinate with Servicing and Implementation teams.
• Support client needs with a strong focus on relationship growth and risk management.
