Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Treasury Sales Group Manager to lead and develop Treasury Management Associates and our Analyst group, driving revenue and exceptional client experience.

You will partner with bankers, product leadership, and implementation teams to execute market-specific strategies, manage risk, and guide a high-performing team toward delivering value for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury sales and industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience driving new business and building relationships.
• Deep knowledge of treasury products and solutions.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to present to large groups.
• Demonstrated sales coaching abilities.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury associate professionals to drive revenue through speed to market, deepening relationships, and excellent client experience.
• Lead with direction and coordination building successful relationships internally and externally.
• Direct client interaction focused on client experience.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and feedback.
• Build collaborative internal relationships with Segment and Industry Treasury Sales Team, bankers and other internal partners.
• Participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages timely and accurately.
• Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies.
