Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer to deepen relationships with Commercial Banking Middle Market and Aerospace & Defense clients in the Mid-Atlantic. You will partner with Relationship Managers and other specialists to deliver cash management, liquidity, and treasury solutions.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, client mentoring, and strategic client discussions, with a focus on implementing bank solutions and optimizing profitability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of treasury or cash management experience.
• Strong business and financial acumen aligned to client KPIs.
• Ability to build partnerships with core team and client contacts.
• Familiarity with global treasury products and trends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; CT P certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursues client prospect opportunities with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors and others across the enterprise.
• Position solutions that best suit the clients’ needs in daily virtual interactions.
• Leads pricing and negotiation discussions with the client for treasury products to optimize portfolio profitability.
• Acts as a digital ambassador driving mobile, digital and real-time payments adoption and leads strategic dialogues around client-centric issues.
• Manages the Client Management Process to acquire and deepen client relationships with data-driven insights.
• Responsible for the implementation of all solutions and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
• Accountable for revenue growth, client calling, portfolio development and leading client-facing treasury presentations.
