WaFd Bank in Dallas seeks a Treasury Management Sales professional who will assess client needs and promote deposit and treasury products. The role focuses on self-sourcing new business, with cross-sell opportunities including Commercial Card, Merchant Services, and Investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance and/or accounting preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of bank operations, policies, procedures & TM products.
• Good math aptitude and proficiency in MS Office.
• Minimum of 5 years cash/treasury management sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides product knowledge expertise during sales calls with potential and existing clients.
• Leads sales culture for expansion of Deposit and Treasury Management relationships.
• Self-sources Treasury-focused and deposit-focused book of business, plus cross-sell opportunities.
• Partners with RM and SB bankers to prepare for client calls and identify opportunities.
• Maintains strong network to source independent treasury opportunities.
• Writes professional proposals and responds to RFPs.
• Delivers excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
• Conducts training on product changes and Treasury Management.
