U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to lead acquisition, expansion and retention of Payment services for business clients in Bellevue, WA. The role emphasizes outside sales, consultative advice on cash conversion, working capital, and optimized client workflows.

You will work with Business Banking Relationship Managers to structure accounts, analyze operating cycles, and pursue new opportunities while delivering exceptional client service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of related experience in Treasury Management sales.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, expand and retain new Payment business (Merchant, Treasury Management and Card).
• Conduct outside sales and proactive prospecting to generate new business clients.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to manage client relationships and service structure of accounts.
• Perform analyses of receivables/payables and business operating cycles for clients and prospects.
• Provide consultative feedback and product/service recommendations to improve client workflows.
• Build community relationships and identify business development opportunities in local markets.
