Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury management activities: ACH, wires, RDC, online banking administration.
• Follow internal controls and procedures to support NACHA, BSA/AML, OFAC compliance.
• Assist with client setup, configuration, documentation collection, and maintenance.
• Maintain treasury management records and customer files for audit readiness.
• Support onboarding, contracts, file maintenance, and product usage tracking.
• Gather information and prepare documents; escalate issues to management.
• Respond to routine inquiries and research non-routine matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
