Job summary

Prevail Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Coordinator to act as the internal expert for treasury management and electronic banking products.

The role includes implementing, supporting, and enhancing services such as Business Online Banking, ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Services, and Mobile Banking, collaborating with Commercial and Retail teams for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and banking experience will be considered.
• Three years of banking experience preferred, with treasury management, electronic banking, deposit operations, retail banking, or commercial banking support strongly preferred.
• Travel: Valid driver's license required for travel to Bank offices, training sessions, customer meetings, and events.

Responsibilities

• Treasury Management Administration & Internal Support: serve as internal SME for treasury management and e-banking products; provide operational guidance to bank staff; maintain records and prepare reports; assist in product enhancement.
• Customer Implementation & Training: onboard and implement treasury management services for commercial customers; set up user access and security; conduct customer training; ensure agreements and documentation are in place.
• Operations, Compliance & Risk Management: review daily reports; process ACH activity; stay current on NACHA rules and regulatory requirements; conduct customer reviews and audits; maintain policies and procedures.
• Treasury Management Relationship Support: collaborate with Commercial Banking to identify opportunities; participate in customer meetings; support growth through education and service excellence.
