The Treasury Management Support Specialist is responsible for back‑office support of all corporate treasury management services for customers in all regions. This role interacts with branch and treasury services personnel and works directly with customers to resolve issues promptly and within bank policy.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform daily support for treasury management customers in all regions (40% of time).
  2. Assist with ACH, wire and remote deposit capture limit increases (30% of time).
  3. Provide telephone and email support to bankers and customers (10% of time).
  4. Log daily ACH, wire and remote deposit increases (10% of time).
  5. Prepare annual reviews for treasury management customers (monthly, 5% of time).
  6. Cross‑train on cash management functions (as needed, 5% of time).
  7. Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned (as needed).
  8. Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner (daily).
  9. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Experience

High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on‑the‑job education in a specific skill area (e.g., data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation). Requires 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Communication Skills

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, notes, letters and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; compute rate, ratio, and percent; prepare and interpret bar graphs.

Critical Thinking Skills

Use common sense to carry out written, oral or diagrammed instructions; handle problems involving several known variables in routine situations.

Software Skills

  • Intermediate: 10‑Key, Alphanumeric Data Entry
  • Basic: Accounting, Other, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing
