Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our growing treasury team and support high‑volume payment processing for venture capital and private equity clients.

You will assist with wires, ACHs, and other payments, ensure proper documentation, and help maintain treasury policies and controls. The role emphasizes accuracy, client service, and collaboration across departments in a small, fast‑paced firm.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of treasury operations and client service.
• Proficient with treasury management systems and banking portals.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations on behalf of clients, including the accurate and timely processing of wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support the adherence to treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the utilization of treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Work closely with fund accounting teams on the processing of client cash transactions, adopt a client service mentality when dealing with internal teams.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting and People Ops, to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects, as needed.]
