Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for Venture Capital and Private Equity clients. You will process wires and other payments, ensure proper documentation, and help maintain treasury controls.

Based in a remote-capable role across multiple states, you will work with the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury, collaborate with Fund Accounting and People Ops, and contribute to process improvements while building foundational treasury skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, driven, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, and common software (G-Suite, MS Office, Box, Slack).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations including processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain proper documentation.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Adhere to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting when processing client cash transactions.
• Work with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support ad hoc treasury projects as needed.
