Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires and other payments, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with fund accounting and other teams to maintain accurate cash records.

Based in the United States, this role offers remote work across the country and growth opportunities within Aduro's evolving service model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations including wires, ACH payments and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure documentation and records.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions.
• Collaborate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
