Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires and payments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Treasury and accounting teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury operations, a finance/business degree, and strong analytical skills. This role offers remote work within the United States and a path to growth within Aduro's expanding treasury group.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with treasury systems, banking portals and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations including wires, ACHs and other payments.
• Process payment instructions with proper documentation and records.
• Identify issues and report to Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Help ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation and basic treasury reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc treasury projects.
