Bank of America in Charlotte, Chicago, and Atlanta seeks a Treasury Product Sales Manager to drive new merchant business and advise clients on integrated payment solutions. You will partner across TSOs and client managers to close deals, develop tailored value propositions, and guide the merchant product sales cycle.

The role requires 2–5 years in core acquiring and direct sales, with strong analytical and relationship skills and experience with VARs/integrators and PCI/ERP/data security

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Core Acquiring (Credit/Debit) industry experience.
• 2-5 years of direct sales experience.
• 2-5 years of sales experience including C-level sales.
• Expert knowledge of POS payment interfaces.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to cultivate and strengthen client relationships with senior business and IT staff.
• Ability to technically consult with C-level executives within client environment.
• Experience working with 3rd party VARs / Integrators and payment gateways.
• Understanding of PCI, ERP, data security, file formatting and data transmission.

Responsabilités

• Drive new merchant business acquisition in direct partnership with TSOs and collaboration with relationship managers.
• Develop tailored value propositions for various client types and industries.
• Position value and drive solutions across the merchant set (Tokenization, Equipment, Transaction Routing).
• Work across a matrixed organization to uncover opportunities and close new business.
• Provide strategic guidance to move merchant services to Bank of America.
• Oversee key elements of the merchant product sales cycle and support deal leads.
