Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Product Sales Manager to drive new merchant business and manage complex sales opportunities. The role partners with TSOs and relationship managers to understand client ecosystems, position value, and close opportunities in the merchant services space.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in core acquiring and direct/enterprise sales, with strong POS knowledge and experience engaging senior IT and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Core Acquiring (Credit/Debit) industry experience.
• 2-5 years of direct sales experience.
• 2-5 years of sales experience including C-level sales.
• Expert knowledge of POS (integrated/standalone) payment interfaces.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to cultivate and strengthen client relationships with senior business and IT staff members.
• Ability to technically consult with C-level executives within client environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with 3rd party VARs / Integrators and payment gateways.
• Understanding of PC payment applications, merchant services industry applications, ERP, PCI data security, and data transmission.

Responsibilities

• Drive new merchant business acquisition in direct partnership with TSOs and relationship managers.
• Consult on client commerce ecosystems and industry trends to tailor bank solutions.
• Act as main contact for high-value, complex merchant opportunities and develop tailored value propositions.
• Position and drive Bank of America merchant solutions across the product set.
• Collaborate across matrixed teams to target prospects and close new business.
• Provide strategic guidance to encourage prospects and clients to move merchant services to Bank of America.
• Support TSOs as deal leads with pricing, credit review and post-sale implementation.
