Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business with prospecting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, COIs, and internal teams.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues with benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities.
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders representing client needs.
• Deliver thought leadership at market events, webinars, and forums.
• Manage non-credit risk and profitability of client relationships.
