Qualifications

• Knowledge of Treasury Services products and electronic banking systems.
• Ability to process ACH and wire transactions accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with online and mobile banking platforms and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Treasury Services products (ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, Online/Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Bill Pay).
• Process incoming/outgoing wires and ACH transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Review, verify, approve, and release ACH and wire transactions.
• Handle internal wire/ACH requests, including loan funding transactions.
• Perform OFAC verification, fraud prevention, and risk monitoring for wires/ACH/mobile deposits.
• Monitor and process mobile deposits, approvals, exceptions, and transfer limits.
• Respond to client/internal inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with onboarding, implementation, setup, and ongoing support of Treasury Services and online banking.
• Prepare Treasury Services agreements and related documentation.
• Provide training and technical support on Treasury Services products.
• Assist staff with Treasury Services procedures and payment questions.
• Maintain fee structures, account analysis settings, and system records.
• Support Remote Deposit Capture clients with scanner setup and maintenance.
• Monitor daily workflows and deadlines for timely processing.
• Balance, verify, image, and perform record retention for wire/ACH activity.
• Process Positive Pay exceptions and Bill Pay enrollments.
• Support audits, examinations, and compliance reviews.
• Cross-train and assist with additional operational duties.
• Deliver professional, courteous, timely client service and collaborate with internal teams.
