Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Denver, CO seeks a Treasury Support Specialist II to provide technical and operational support for Treasury Management clients, deliver customer training, and consult on Treasury products including Online Banking, ACH/Wires, and Positive Pay.

You will work with Treasury personnel and branch teams to address questions, assist with system upgrades, and participate in projects expanding Treasury services, while ensuring compliance and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and operational support to customers and branch personnel for Treasury products (Online Banking, ACH/Wires, Merchant Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, etc.).
• Follows through on all aspects of customer support to ensure complete and accurate resolution.
• Responds promptly to client inquiries regarding Treasury products and processing questions.
• Cooperates with and supports adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with special projects, system upgrades, and conversions.
