Responsibilities

• Provides technical and operational support to customers and branch personnel for Treasury products.
• Responds promptly to client inquiries regarding Treasury products, including ACH Origination and Remote Deposit processing.
• Supports development and implementation of new Treasury products, processes, and procedures.
• Works with Treasury personnel and branch teams to address questions about Treasury products and transaction processing.
